● You can reach out to the UrbanClad support team through the website in case of receipt of the damaged or defective product. A member or support team will go through the same and will get to you back to you within 24 hours of receipt of the product and entertain your queries.
● The product specifications are super descriptive, therefore the case of the false fitting isn’t entertained for a refund.
● If the damage is caused by you, you will not be considered for a refund.
